She has a unique perspective of the integrated body through her experience with dance, theater performance, early childhood education, and of course massage therapy. She believes whole-heartedly that long lasting treatment comes about with a relaxed and mindful state which is why her sessions are slow and intentional, giving time for your body to change. What she loves most about massage is finding the “ah-ha!” moments with her clients and working with them in collaboration to make long lasting change. She builds integrative sessions that dance between easy somatic movement, deep myofascial release, easeful repositioning and bolstering for your body to relax, trigger point specificity, and breath work.

Amanda Schwartz - Reiki Master

Amanda is a fun-loving personality who offers a down-to-earth approach to energy healing sessions. Amanda's time serving in the Army, years of working in the medical field, and experience as a first responder, combined with her innate abilities to read energy, give her a unique "root first" approach to her practice. Amanda is certified as a Reiki Master (Usui Reiki, Omni Reiki, and Animal Reiki), and has training as a sound healer as well as a medical intuitive. Energy sessions consist of a combination of Reiki energy practices, sound frequency and medical intuitive viewing. With her root healing approach, she uses surface level triggers to find the root within the client's body and energy. She then works with the energy to remove blockages and allow the body to return to its natural flow. Amanda is a big believer in providing individuals with the power and autonomy within themselves and their healing journey.
